Building within Boundaries

The Einstein Center Climate Change and Public Policy of Human Settlement (ECCC, in planning)* wants to use the unique potential of the metropolitan region Berlin-Brandenburg, its university landscape and the diversity of non-university institutes and actors for concrete climate protection projects. During a two-year preparatory phase, the first transdisciplinary formats will be realized, such as this two-hour workshop under the motto "Building within Planetary Boundaries". ECCC scientists and members of Berlin Partner interested in climate protection in the building sector want to explore together what the Berlin economy can contribute to climate protection in the building sector and how science can support them.
