Preparing your Presentation

Please use the template for your presentation that you find in the Upload Folder (Go here - Download here).


You can upload your presentation as PDF file until the 9th of September and latest at the day of your presentation, however, we kindly ask you to submit your presentation before. Your presentation should contain 1x start slide and 1x closure slide at the end with the contact details of the presenter. Please use english as the spoken and written language for your oral presentation. All Posters will be equally presented orally at sbe22 Berlin D-A-CH conference.

• Oral Presentation, max. length 10 minutes
• Poster Oral Presentation, max. length 5 minutes

Please note:
By submitting a paper all authors agree to IOP Publishing’s ethical policy and IOP Proceedings Licence and sbe22 Berlin D-A-CH proceedings policy.
It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its final form ready for publication, and has been thoroughly proofread.
IOP does not copyedit or reformat papers and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. Post-publication changes are not permitted, so please ensure that your paper has been checked for errors.
Additionally, keep in mind, that the paper can only be published after registration and payment of the full conference fee.
Futher information on the submission of final version of full papers will be given on this website in time.
